Default running different intake than the one I tuned with, how much does it matter?

i have gsr motor with itr pistons, itr cams, skunk2 im, 70mm bbk tb, hytech knockoff header, and 2.5'' exhaust. the motor made 184whp/130wtq sae corrected. it was tuned with a aem short ram with a weapon r velocity stack. it was borrowed and now i run a jdm itr intake arm with a no name filter. does this throwoff my tune or make me lose noticable hp? i'm just wondering this before i go out and get a short ram and v-stack when i don't need to.

i also have smoking issues, the motor was built about 20,000 miles ago. it burns about a 3/4 of a quart every 3,000 miles. i know the smoke is from oil because it has a blue tint, it smokes the most when i take off at a light(normal driving). it also smokes when its at WOT. but the smoking is not consistent, it is on and off. the compression is fine at 210 across the board and it made this power while it was smoking. my friend told me that maybe the oil rings are bad but the compression rings sat fine? maybe you guys can tell me something different?

thank you in advance.

Its going to make a difference, but not to the point where your going to need a retune. Were the valve seals replaced when the engine was rebuilt?

no they were not, but i have read somewhere that if it was your valve seals causing your car to smoke, it would be duriung decceleration. not sure if thats true.

Hello. I recently have done the same thing (switched from cai to stock air box) and do not really notice any difference in power except for the tone. Im guessing it would hurt higher up in the rpm's when the restrictive paper filter tries sucking in air at 8500 rpms. just my .02 cents
