Icon2 headlight removal..?

do you need to remove the bumper cover to replace the headlights..? not the bulb the actual headlight..lol!

not sure im pretty sure it be hella easier removing the bumper its easy too!

I'm pretty sure you need to, there are screws located under the lights that you need to take out.

if your talking about an ep then YES! the plastic clips uptop by the hood latch need to come off and there are more underneith. then above the corner lights just pull outward and is should pop right off

even on a dc5 you need to remove the bumper to access the the bolt on the side of the headlight in the bumper area, and one below the headlight wayyyy the **** in the bumper support!

Yes you need to remove the bumper like everyone else said. Don't be intimidated though, it's really easy and don't be afraid to be a little firm when you're yanking on the bumper.

Make sure you don't break the clips either. Use 2 flat head screw drivers to pry the tops up. And a 10mm deep socket is your best friend and a philips head also. Its only 3 bolts and 1 screw per headlight

agreed. i was scared too at first. now taking off a front bumper is easy as taking a ****(not when your first wake up though, sometimes its hard)
