Default R2VS clearance issue with skunk2 pro1 cams

I´m building a B18C6 N/A engine with OEM ITR valves, supertech springs and retainers and skunk2 pro1 cams. If the cam is at it´s full lift (set valve lash to 0.000) the retainer already hits the valve seal. The valve seals have to be located .025" lower on the valve guide (+.04" clicking clearance). I already checked the measurements of the valve guides and everything is in honda specs. Any ideas what causes the retainer to hit the valve seal? By the way.. Theese are supertech aluminium retainers and they are a bit lower than the OEM retainers.
Also checked if theese are real skunk2 pro1 cams. They are real!

make sure the valve seal is on all the way. sometimes you will have to shave off the bottom of the retainers to get proper clearances. one set of some retainers i was installing for some guy were all way off from one another.

I got .010" clearance intake side and .024" on the exhaust with pro2's. A bit close I think. I was told it will be fine.
