hey honda-tech, i just got done cleaning up my civic i bought it maybe 3 months ago and drove it home it sat and now it wont start. the starter wont turn and the fuelpump stays on and i have a leak someone where on my IM or Fuel Rail i cant tell. but if i dont have enough fuel pressure will the keep the starter from turning? ill check ground just need to know where they are all at. thanks its a 92 civic hatch

 

no fuel pressure will not keep the starter from turing.
check the starter and its connections i bet a wire fell off.

 

Check your battery first. Should be 12.6 V at least with the car off. Good digital voltmeters are really cheap these days, like $3. Everybody should have one.

 

Also check the transmission ground wire.

 

i checked the fuel rail and the fuel goes through the rail and back down the fuel return does that mean i have a leak in my fuel rail? and i will check everything tomorrow.thanks guys
