Aftermarket Throttle Bodies and OEM Dual Rotors?

Aftermarket Throttle Bodies and OEM Dual Rotors?
I'm in need of a larger throttle body, and noticing the ones I've found come with a single rotor. I want to retain my cruise control, which requires the second rotor. Right now I'm considering Omni, PB Tuning, and Professional Products TBs for their good reputation and low price, and possibly a S2 TB.
My question is this, can I simply swap the stock two rotors onto these aftermarket throttle bodies? Do they generally all just use "D" shafts?
