Default B20-V vs. b16

ok soo im going to be building an all motor setup i already have a b16a block n i was going to get it bored from 81mm to a 82mm(175$) n im buying the wiseco 12:1 comp pistons, brian crower rods. but i just recently came accross a jdm b20 bare block with just the crank for 100$. n if i got the b20 block id just put the wiseco pistons n brian crower rods in that. n i just gotta couple questions on the b20-v set up.

b20-v is just like ls-v right? id have to run the oil lines to the head right?
and with the stock sleeve what do you think i could take it tooo(rpm wise)?

n as for the head i have a b16 head looks like its been ported not sure tho, going to upgrade the valvetrain, n buy more aggresive cams, n was just wondering of any suggestions on the cams as far as which cams to use, just tryin to figure out what would be best soo any input would help.

and as far as tuning i was going to go with a hondata s100 or s200

thanks

Do a search on google and you will find a thread titled: post ur all-motor stock sleeves b20vtec builds

See thread below:

Go thru that thread completely before you post another question.

1. b20 has 84mm stock bore so your pistons wont work....ls stock bore is 81mm
2. you would need rods for the b20....either ls or b20 rods...same thing
3. yes you need an ls/v b20 oil line kit
4. how high you can rev is up to you, your cams and your ecu
5. hondata doesnt make an s100 or s200 anymore..so unless you find one then you have to go with an s300
