Default lound ticking noise coming from engine h22a4

well this had started happening about 2 months ago and i still drive it as is
the car makes a ticking noise, from the engine but i cant pinpoint it, it has very good power still, no oil burning, great mpg, and starts fine.

The car makes this noise very bad at idle but as soon as you go over 3k the noise almost dissapears for some reason
im pretty sure its something in the head
