Spring Rate suggestions for Accord

Spring Rate suggestions for Accord
I am looking at replacing the current spring/strut combo on my Accord. Currently I run on Neuspeed Race Springs on KYB AGX struts, not your ideal setup for a competitive ST car.
Now, on that note I also have a 22mm Progress rear-sway bar installed on this car.
I am looking at going Ground Control sleeves with a custom valved Bilstein struts to match whatever spring rate I choose.
Rates I was thinking of for my 1993 Accord:
400F/550R
Opinions/comments/suggestions?
