Honda sells gasket kits, but last time I checked at least the Prelude one was more expensive than buying them separately. Buy oem parts from Majestic Honda:www.hondaautomotiveparts.com. It's significantly cheaper than buying from the dealer.

It's gonna work fine if properly installed.

Production Engine Rebuilders ("PERs") use them.

Kinda the same argument that a 99 cent Autolite spark plug works as well or better than a $35 OEM iridium plug (or $1,000 Nologee sparke plugs).

I've used ebay gasket kits from CNS for customer's who were on super tight budgets and they have held up well. One is at 70k miles, several at 50k miles and no leaks yet. I just use a felpro head gasket instead of the head gasket that comes with the $60-70 CNS kit.

well budget isnt a problem because i would just save till i have the amount to get what I realy need .. But i didnt want to spend extra money on a spot that didn't need it (IF that makes scense)like some oem parts cost way more then what it should , If a aftermarket remake will do the job just as good for a cheaper price (cam seals,o-rings and other little things)

In my opinion, not all the oem gaskets are worth the price. Like MOTU already said, if installed correctly, even aftermarket brand gaskets will work. If you do get the ebay kit at least get a reputable head gasket such as a felpro or oem head gasket, perhaps the same can be said for the rear main seal as well.
