Default DSS 5.9 Axle Hub Question

I have Pro Drive hubs on my car right now.

Would DSS 5.9 axles fit on those hubs?

why not miller, isn't it the pro drive hub accepts 36mm nut? or is it maybe the number of spline that are different.

http://www.driveshaftshop.com/main_cat1.php

Pro have 28 splines, search on their site. I'm sure the info is there somewhere.

The amount of splines are only ONE part of the axle hub mating combo. The splines have different back cuts and depths among other things that could be different even if they have the same amount of "teeth". The back part of the hub could also be different where the axle meets the hub just as the older dss stuff is compared to the newere dss stuff. The axles will physically go in and tighten but will bind up due to a different radius on the back side.

So in the end, run the hubs meant for the axles and you will be ok.

Cool. I just dont want to go through the trouble of swapping hubs if it worked.

Does anyone have 5.9 hubs for sale?

make sure you get the right hubs for the generation axle you have. Like I said, some of the dss stuff will "fit" but will bind up once the axle nut is tightened if the correct hub isnt used.
