Default pearl paint

okay now i have snow white paint and clear coat and all that ****, i have a purple pearl powerd **** now do i add this to the clear coat or to the base white coat????

prime, base coat, then mid coat clear mixed with pearl then final clearcoat!!!(cut and buff) after everything is finished.

Correct prime your car then block it, Shoot the base, 1st tack coat of clear wait like 15 min then a wet coat of the clear with the pearl mixed in. Then the final 1 or 2 coats of just clear sprayed wet to allow it to flow out for less orange peel.

correcto to the above. One thing to keep in mind, some manufacturers make a intercoat clear, which is made specifically for carrying things like pearls and flakes. It's a bit different then the regular clear, you might want to look into it. It's not necessary, but I've heard people say that it's easier to shoot mid when doing so. I've never shot mid coats, so I don't know from personal experience.

Yes you are correct alot of lines have an intercoat clear. I typically use just regular clear for flakes and pearls though.
