Question on Thermostat 91 DA
#5 is the thermostat. I plan to replace this part. Do you guys replace # 7 also? Its a "rubber, thermostat mounting" Is there anything else I need to know before replacing the thermostat?

yes always replace that..i think its like 3 or 4 bucks and sold separately but it gets replaced with the thermostate.
as far as anything else i would drain the radiator and as much as you can into a clean bucket before you take it apart (if you plan to reuse it) or you will have coolant EVERYWHERE!!
also a good time to change coolant if its been awhile
