I am on my 2nd driver side 2.9 axle from DSS, 4th warranty rebuild.

I have the repeating problem of grease leaking from the seals, specifically the inner boot. I bought a brand new axle after repeated warranty claims, since DSS does not cover replacement of the boot in the warranty.

Now, the brand new axle is leaking grease from the seals on both the inner and outer boots. fml.

The original passenger DSS axle is still in there with no problems.

What could be affecting my driver side axle to leak grease? Simply the seals? The axle isn't failing, and the boot isn't torn. The wheel bearing seems okay.
