ok so i have a 92 prelude si... When my ac is on... it will turn on and off... and so on..... has anybody ever had this problem?

 

What do you mean? Does the compressor keep cycling on/off? (low refridgerant charge) Does the blower keep going/stopping? (motor or resistor)

 

Is it possible that you have a wire that is loose somewhere? I had an issue with a intermittent a/c and I had a wire that was spliced by accident. I just twisted it back together and no more problems ever since then. good luck

 

The ac blower is still on but it turns hot then cold... but i did get the system recharged before this though...

 

Your green light remains on though correct?

 

uhhh... i think it might of been blinking on and off... its like when i hit a bump or something the ac just kicks off...

 

i had the same problem, it is either the wire in the back of the ac unit came loose or the unit itself is bad... there is a guy on here that has some used ones for sale and/or can fix yours. If the light goes on and off then that is def your problem
