finally sold my rsx-s and more than likely going to purchase this 02 s2k from a local. It has 59k on it, with your basic i/h/e set up. He wants 14k which is a fair price IMO, is there any particulars (for problems) I should check out prior to purchasing?

What I/H/E setup he has on it? It might be a good deal if where talking about high end parts. If you search and check out the FAQ you will see we have discussed things to look for when buying an S2000 already.
