Question on pricing of local s2k.....

assuming all that is true, what is a fair price to offer him due to the issues listed?

9900 isn't a bad deal but 9k would be good especially if it's an '02+.

Just as a heads up, changing the clutch in these isn't nearly as easy as doing a clutch change on a Civic or Integra.
