retrofitted crx headlights???
has anyone done this before?
ive been reading up on it and so far my experiments have proven a fail.
ive tried using projector headlight housings + fish eye lense but the glass for the stock crx headlights really kill the intensity of the lighting.
so can anyone give me any ideas of some retrofitted crx headlights???

I had retro headlights on my hatch for a while, but swapped them out cause i didnt like the way they looked or performed.
i used TL hids and projectors but the stock headlight glass scattered the beam anyway.

havent i read that lexus projectors can be retrofitted? either way the pattern on the housing does some how affect the lighting output, how about concentrating the beam pattenr with smoked housing?

I remembered this article I read like 4 years ago in honda-tuning, and found it for you... They did retro's in an old RL acura. But what they did is they removed the inner texture from the plastic lens just in a square, so the beam could come through, but still have a mostly factory appearance. anyways this would work perfect with a set of ZC headlights, since they have the plastic lens with inner texture
