Default 88 auto crx swap

first off let me say i have been on this site for awhile and i SEARCHED. i am doing a swap for a friend 88 auto crx dx model 91 ls swap (also doing a manual swap. my question is i have both harnesses ls 1 from shock tower to motor ,and i have the complete harness from the car. i hear ppl saying to use the stock harness and do the mpfi swap . but the ls dizzy wont plug into it . and if i use the ls harness everything will plug in except 1 plug at the pass side shock tower( rectangle plug with clear boot) . i searched and searched but it seems every one i find is done on a 90 -91 . any help would be great.

You have to rewire the plug, everything might just plug in, but that doesn't mean all the wires will match up like they should.
