Should i get it tunned?
ok i am getting ready to do a b18c1 swap into my 88 civic hatch and i am going to be using a skunk2 intake manifold header and full exhaust. my question is should i pay the extra money to go get it put on a dyno and tunned?
if those are the only modifications you will ever do then yes tune it.
if you are planning to upgrade other internals then save the tuning until you are complete. with the parts you are throwing on you wont gain the full potential until it is properly tuned but the mods you are doing are not drastic enough to cause and engine/driveabilitly problems.
like don said.......search.

you would get better MPGs and make more power with a tune. YOu could just get it street tuned no need to get a dyno tune on that motor unless you really wanna foot the bill for it
It sounds like you already know the answer to your question. Do it right and get it tuned.
