spark plugs?

i have a stock ls/vtec setup and need to change my plugs and wires but what should i go with on the GAP for the plugs?

it should say in your helms/chilton manual. If you don't have one, I would get one. You can also look under the hood of your car and see what the sticker says on the P-side under the hood.
