Default Gsr flat face vales dont sit flush

Does anyone have this problem or thats the way they sit,because stock valves sit fully flushed against the seat,and the ferrea flat face valves i bought dont really sit flush like stock ones do???

You did send them with the head to a machine shop to have a valve job done which mates up the angles cut onto the valves/seats?
Just trying to start somewhere....don't be offended.
Valves sitting too low in a seat "shrouds" the valve hurting flow into the chamber, I guess new ones would sit up a little....could U put up a pic?

it does sit a little high,well i found out some answers that the cut on the stock has more of a round radius and the valves i have has a taper cut for the reason why it sits up a little higher than stock.

the margin is thicker, so it will sit a bit higher in the chamber..a good valve would help take care of some of that, without sinking it much. Just dropping the valve in is not really going to gain much in the way of performance, as your missing out on your opprotunity to gain a little flow and install some quality parts.
