Default i am about to do a tune up i have a few questions:

its on a acura integra stock gsr 2001 4 door manual.

i plan on doing:
oil change,
spark plugs,
tranny fluid,
valve adjustment,
and the master cylinder for the clutch is leaking so ill need to replace that (not sure why that is leaking)

- does anyone have a diy instruction on the vavle adjustment on the this car?
- what is the valve measurement for the exhaust and intake i need to set it too?
- what is the order for valve adjustment?
- is there a recall or something on the clutch?
- is there anything else that needs to be done?

edit:
added to list

new dizzy
spark plug wires
o2 sensor
fuel filter
air filter

do not i repeat do not buy a pcv valve. save the 2 bucks clean it out with carb cleaner and wala its brand new again. i have never heard of a pcv valve actually needing replacing unless some ricer tried to put it in with a hammer or something.

i really dont mind spending a couple of dollars on a new pcv valve. that is one of the cheapest replacement parts i have seen. the can of brake cleaner is more then the pcv valve.

still cant find a definitive answer on the lash settings for this car.

One of the first things you should buy if you plan to do work on your car is a Haynes or chiltons manual. All the specs will be in their. Usually the manuals are a little generalized because they include multiple model types but very helpful. Also find a down loadable service manual online they are everywhere probably one on this site for your generation car.

We aren't allowed to post the link here for a download of the factory "integra service manual" - but as I said earlier, google is your friend...

Be sure that you have the required tools before starting:

. Lock nut wrench
. Slot head screwdriver
. 10mm, 16mm, 19mm socket and rachet
. 6" extention
. Set of angled feeler gauges (0.006" and 0.007")

Factory spec for the B18C1/5 and B16A is:

Intake: 0.006"-0.007"
Exhaust: 0.007"-0.008"

Factory spec for the B18B and B20B/Z is:

Intake: 0.003"-0.005"
Exhaust: 0.006"-0.008"
