Default stupid noob question?

I no this is a dumb question but I have not found a answer.is the crank pulley from a b18a/b the same as a b20b?I no there identical in every thing but the bore.im having timing problems with my b20v that's has a b18a crank pulley.timing is way off.the dizzy is allthe way towords the firewall and im still like 5 degrees retarded.so any help will be apreciated.

Try a new timing belt. I had a dud. Timing was fully advanced and barely at 16*.
With the engine at TDC the TDC mark was maybe 1/16 of an inch off. New belt fixed it.

Also check if you jumped a tooth. You would be running really rough if that was the case though.
