Does anyone have a rear lower tie bar on there Si and if so how hard is it to put in and do you think that it made a difference?

I have a neuspeed rearllower tire bar and there is very little difference but once I put on a sway bar there was actually a noticable improvment. If you have a 99 si, I would reccomend the comptech sway bar/ tie bar combo, my brother has it on his teg and I love the way his car handles.
