Tranny advice?

wats up...new to honda and new to hondatech...i just bought a b18a1 for my ef and the guy told me the tranny was re-geared...the stamp reads: ...........jb 4.26 d w ls1.2 v3.4.5.............any body know bout this

split the trans and start counting teeth.
