2000 Integra REAR suspension bolt seized (searched, no ansr to what im xactly after)
Its the bolt closest to the hub, kinda almost underneath the hub... umm we heated , pb blastered it. tried a bar and socket on it, all it does is twist and then go back into place, we also tried my mac impact gun on it... to no avail .... we have brand new LCA's and all new bolts, so i could care less if we have to **** up the bolt (not worried about that) but... how do we get at cutting that bolt, my sawzall cant get in that area where the welded nut is , same with my 3" air grinder too cant get in there... we even took off that little guard to see if there was more room in there... so ya im kinda stuck at this point... if anyone has any solid ideas please post as we need to get this done by the end of tonight and get it out of my garage
thank you so much, i am just watching the hockey game, i will check back for responses in the next couple of hours
thanks again

Been there before bro, def pain in the a**, I just took a wiz-wheel cit off the head of the bolts and drilled em out, lil tim consuming but cha gotta do wat ya gotta do.. good luck
yea just a cutting wheel, ither electric or numatic..numatic being run by an air compressor. Im preety sure thats wat its called, could be wrong but what you need is def a cutting wheel with a carbide wheel i belive (spelling) but be real carefull iv seen them blow apart and fragments fly in any and all directions. O and in your case i dont think youll have to drill out the bolts cause your replacing the LCA's. I was just replacing struts/spring so i had to but you shouldnt.
how does drilling the bolt in the middle get it out tho? thats the part i dont understand when ppl say they cut the head off, heat the bolt and then drill it out
wouldn't drilling the bolt only put a hole in the middle of it, and then its STILL stuck in the bushing i would think, unless im really confused, so could somebody please explain this to me

Take it to a shop have them torch it out. and put a new bushing in. Might as well do both sides. Have them put antiseize in it
Well if you keep upgrading the size of your drill bit eventually you will run the hole up to the size of the " casing" that the bolt slides through, if that makes sence. I just seen a thred on a dude that replaced his lca's an he had to cut em off when he was replacing his rear control arm bushing's.. do a search pic's were included if i find it again ill post it..
