Icon2 JDM headlights

I bought a pair of 1pc black housing jdm headlights for my 4th gen prelude. ive taken the grill out, corner lights, lower blinkers, and got 5 or 6 bolts out of each headlight. They wiggle around but wont come out to put the jdm ones in. One guy I know said there is a bolt pointing straight down but you have to take the rock shield off to get to it. I took the shield off but i dont see a bolt. Can anyone help. Thanks

You have to remove the whole bumper and the steel support too. 4 14mm bolts and a few screws. Don't forget to unplug the bumper lights first.

More power to you. Let us know how it works because I haven't heard of anyone doing it that way so I'm not sure if it's easier.

Maybe you could slide the bumper out far enough, just not off the car? I don't see it unless you have skinny hands, a slim wrench, and lots of patience. Better used effort making the wiring perfect.
