Stop bumping every 5 minutes.
Anyone here have a crystal ball? Anyone? Nope. How could anyone answer this?

this is why it pays to pressure check the blocks water jackets before any build...welding while the cylinder head and block have been mated together and hoping for it to hold without warping and destroying the HG seal are a bit optimistic...you can weld it and if you get lucky then rock and roll jump in the air and smack your heels...
That really sucks...
You need to remove and disassemble the block to accurately inspect and repair this crack...I dont see any other way around it. Try and half-*** it and dont be surprised if you get half *** results.
Got any pics?

A long time ago, when I was putting on my ghettofied turbo, I had to do some 'clearing of the webbing'...which required me and a angle grinder. I put a hole about the size of a pencil eraser in the dam block, all the way through to the water jacket. yeah, dont ask. Regardless, I patched it with JB weld and it held until the car was plowed into by a drunk driver.
JB weld it. Make sure its super clean, and make sure you mix it right, and let it set up/cure for a good amount of time.
