Default building the perfect 300 whp motor

ok so first off i will tell you what car this will be going into. It will be a 1998 acura cl 2.3 premium 5 speed

ok so the goal is to build a very reliable 300whp DD as cheap as possible.. let that battle begin!

possible options i was suggesting.

1.f23/h22 head with a built bottom end/turbo
2.h22/turbo
3.k24 setup,, i know the k series are more expensive but it cant be ruled out

turbo is the best bet for reliable 300hp. but you can keep the 2.3 and get the power form boosting it

100% stock block turbo F23. 300whp is a relatively low number, some may consider it pretty high for a stock block, but i'd do it, then buy a F/H to build later. (built would obviously be more ideal, but you DID say cheap as possible).

if you go with the h series some coins better be set aside for some bottom end work. The G series builds can put out nice numbers but you need to have an understanding of the motors.
