the green plug is the oil temperature switch (you don't need it) - the cooling fan switch is to the upper right of the oil temp switch and the oil presssure sending unit is to the lower right

Yep its the Oil Temp Switch. The Integras like the Accords had a seperate system that would run the radiator fans with the key off if the motor was still hot.

And on that same note does anybody know if that switch is in a oil galley, where it would see Oil Pressure?

According to this picture, you are incorrect, look in my pic and then look again at your pic, you will see I have 3 sensors, and yours has two. In your pic, there is a plug as to where my sensor is. It can't be water temp since my gauge works. I'm thinking maybe it is a knock sensor then?

obd0 90-91 b18a1 blocks had the temp sending unit there.
have one on mine
even though i pulled the motor out of a 93
some one had replaced the block with the 90-91 model

Well according to your thread, it is the fan switch. If this is true, then how do I hook it up?

the thread is not my thread i was just replying to it that the green plug is the thermo switch and i have no clue to what a thermo switch is for. i always thought the 2 prong plug that is underneath the dizzy is the fan switch and controls fan switch. maybe there is two fan switch on the motor, one for the AC unit. I think thats why my cousin said i didn't need that sensor, either that he forgot to put the fan switch in.

well if your running obd-0 that where the two wires on the back there go
if you running obd-1 they had the temp switch up on the thermo housing
but i dont see any reason it wouldnt work for either set up
these sensors are for the fan

so you only need one temp sending unit hooked up

one on the head is for gauge

This is exactly as I thought because my temp gauge works, but I don't think that my fan turns on.

hmm well that's strange because it is still not hooked up, I just got the car back up and running yesterday but the fan works and this sensor still is not hooked up.

Its just an extra switch to turn the fan on that reads oil temp rather than coolant temp, and as was said above was used in tegs/accords to turn the fan on even with they key out of the car. the 2 prong plug adjacent to the green plug reads coolant temp and its job is to provide a ground for the fan relay so that the fan will kick on. so you don't need to hook up that connector.

to SC_HOBD_1816: the 2 wire plug on the side of the head provides the ecu with engine temp info.

Wait. If the B18A1 block has a green plug on the back and not by the hose it is a OBDO? I have a 93 ls block (at least the dude i bought it from said it was) and it has a green plug on the back of the block. But i thought they started making OBD1 in 92? Do i have a 91 block?

well i just got it the fan switch rewired to the t-stat housing sensor.

well i know the spark plugs wires are the same but I just wasn't sure about the plugs because when I took the plugs out of the b20 they looked like it sat in deeper than compared to LS plugs.....

i'm sure it's not an issue.

x2...it reads oil temp...and even if the engines off and the cars still hot itll kick the fan on to cool it down. ex gfs 92 accord did this, she thought it was broke lol
