car shuts off

Default car shuts off

90 b16a hatch pr3 ecu chipped.....i was on the highway cruising and all of a sudden i have no electricity so i pull over and inspect and the battery is hooked up and no fuses are blown....imy car was slightly over heating while this happened.....is the ecu causing this for safety precautions?........thanx

No the ECU will not shut off all elecetricity for a safety precaution it will throw a CEL though, thats about it.
Well I am assuming that you do not have power anywhere in your car now... If that is the case check the battery and see if it has juice then if it doesnt get it charged and have the alternator check being that you were driving when it happened the alternator would be dead.
Before you spend any money though go through and check all essential wiring closely and check all fuses even the ones in the engine bay. Check all your battery cables.

Any changes to the setup in the last month or so?
