Default 88-89 CRX hf and Si dizzy differences? Needing wiring help also

My brother has a 1989 CRX HF that he bought with a JDM ZC in it. Make a long story short, the previous owner screwed up the ZC when they rebuilt it, and it wouldn't even turn over.

So the car now has a D15B2 in it, with a Z6 intake manifold to get rid of the DPFI.

He attempted to make his own harness, which seems to work, but apparently the harness for the distributor is wrong, and it fried the control module inside the dizzy.

Soo! My questions are;

Could we put a CRX Si dizzy on this D15B2 without any problems?

Also, is there any where I can find pinouts for an HF ecu, and maybe a good, detailed, solid wiring harness diagram(s)?

Thanks in advance
Jesse

yes, the Si distributor will bolt right onto the D15B2 head - this is wiring locations for the 7-wire Si distributor plug on the engine harness, looking from the wire side - with Z6 intake manifold, you may have other issues, depending on what injectors are being used, etc.

Thanks man. What sort of issues will we run into with the Z6 manifold? As far as I know it has the stock injectors in it. It will be running DSM bluetops (440s) once we get new pennle caps for them. It has a 92-95 civic sedan (pg7 maybe) ecu. The same ecu was ran on the z6 mani we have. Hopefully we can do the wiring ourselves, and save the 150 bucks the local honda people want to charge to do the harness lol.

wait - are you running OBD1? - the Si OBD0 distributor will not work for OBD1 - you would need OBD1 distributor which has different connector wiring

if you have the stock Z6 injectors which are OBD1, you would need to eliminate the injector resistor box, however, when you use the DSM injectors, you will need the injector resistor box - 92-95 Civic sedan with D16Z6 ECU is OBD1 P28 - PG7 is from 88-89 Integra and is OBD0

what exactly do you have? is it a D16Z6 intake manifold or a SOHC ZC manifold? what ECU is it?
