Default Broken wires

I took off my driver wheel today to do some cleaning and I found this:

Is this the crank position sensor? If so where does it go to? I cant find any plug on the harness? Its an 2001 Type-R BTW. It has a blue and a white wire.

I also found this: This came off of the injector harness. Any one know where it goes? Does it go to the sensor mentioned above? It has a white/red wire and a green or blue/red wire

I looked on Delray auto's site and their harness dosent seem to have a provision for the block plug. Its also not throwing a code (Im still OBD2), I was throwing a heater code for the second o2 sensor.

it looks to me that those two go together . if u look carefull u can see that the plug both sides are still together just the wires were ripped out for whatever reason .i just installed a new engine in my car a few weeks ago and i know that the crank sensor wires come from the main engine harness in that very same spot .

Now do these two plug together? I figured it might be was a crank fluctuation sensor, according the my haynes manual a white/red and a blue/red wire connect to it. Could my wires be faded?
