i am putting a b18a in my hatch while i go back through my lsvtec. i was planning on putting a b18b intake on it since my car is obd1. my question is when i pulled the intake off it has an egr valve and the ports in the head. will the b18b intake even work on this head is there ne kind of block off plate for that. thanks for the help

why wont they. r the bolt patterns different. what about a b18b valve cover will that work on that head.

 

valve covers fit. but theres no plate dealy. try fitting it on and go on about putting it all together it will throw up a flag if it dont work

 

I don't see why the intake wont work. Same bolt pattern I'mma check mine at home and let you know what I find, but the intakes should be interchangable.

 

at the very end of the intake and head on tranny sidei believe its got a coolant passage and then theirs the egr port i was trying to figure it out before i buy one nobody i know has one i could try
