Default steering rack.

what exactly is the difference in parts between the SI and hf steering rack and panions that make it almost 1 1/2 more turns lock to lock?? is it just the little shaft with teeth on it? its part #9 on http://myhondapartsstore.com/myhonda...s=&view=normal is that different?? im having a hard time finding a used SI rack so i was just thinking if i could buy the #9 part and have shorter steering ratio..

i have an hf by the way.
