stock air box question
there is a video on you tube i just watched and it is a dyno of a bone stock gsr, says that on the first pull it made 113whp and 89 torque, then they removed the air box and it made 138whp and 108 torque thats a 25whp and 19wtq gain by just removing the air box, i was wondering how accurate you guys think this is. seems kinda rediculous to me but i guess its possible that its that restrictive... just looking for some input
yeah I call BS. These arn't small block V8's. Changing intake properties (other than adding boost) will not give you a 25hp gain. They need a new dyno or to go back to school haha.
I would also think a bone stock GSR would make more than 113hp?

I've heard of 12 second ITRs that used the complete stock intake arm/air box, so I really doubt this.
Info of the ITR is somewhere on team-integra. I'm not searching for you guys because I'm browsing on el telefono.
