okay it will rev up when not in gear but once in gear and drivin down the road it wont rev past 2.5 grand and start missing and acts like has no power and start faulin itself out. i have a code 20 on my e.c.u and would like to know if anyone else has ever had this problem cuz really don't wanna take it to the dealership

I have a 91 Honda CRX with automatic transmission that starts to either slip or just won't go into gear above 2nd gear. When on the highway, the car drives normal until i get above 2nd gear and it doesn't like to go into [D] ...it starts to rev really high i ave to downshift to re-engage the gear. Could this be something with fluids or a part that i should check out (such as a cable or housing)? Or do you think i need to completely replace the transmission or other? Thanks!
