ok so i have racing seats in my integra with 4 point sparco's, i'm removing them and putting my factory seats and belts back in. well all the factory belts are retracted more than they would inside of the car and now they are all locked up, all of them, they will allow the belt to pull it, but i can see the mechanism behind the clear plastic on the seatbelt housing latching each time, i looked for a pin hole or something to release or bypass that latch but haven't had any luck, surely someone knows what to do...

 

............ oh come on..... nobody? So i guess i'm the only person who has experience this...
