CRX SI rear discs

I own a 95 civic dx coupe. My friend has a CRX SI obviously with rear discs... I was going to trade him an AFC for the set, and i was wondering if I could interchange out the whole CRX assembly with the CRX trailing arm?

94-01 integra
92-95 EX with abs
99-00 SI

will all bolt up with teh correct prop. valve and e-brake cables.
