Header options for 2.25"

Header options for 2.25"
Ok , so I currently have a 2001 GSR with an Apexi WS2 exhaust with mendrobent piping all the way to the cat. I have been looking into getting either the Hytech Replica or the RMF Narrow Replica.. But they all run 2.5" Collectors , What options do i have besides changing out my piping , and what adverse affects will I have my running 2.25" Piping with these headers. Any info is appreciated.
