are gsr fronts different than the type r front at all

No, all GS-R and ITR's use the same 24mm front sway bar.

I had heard that some later JDM ITRs had a 25mm front, but I can't be sure. I don't know why you'd want to stiffen the front bar though.

Did the ITR's have thicker REAR sways than the GS-R's?

ummm ya that's why so many people like switching to an ITR rear sway bar.

OEM GS-R rear bar is only 13mm I think, while the ITR has a 22mm rear bar. JDM OEM ITR had a 23mm rear bar. It's such a popular mod because it can be done for about $100-$150 on an Integra (ASR brace is NOT required but still a good choice, other options like BSQ or Beaks are fine for Integra subframes), and it makes such a huge, noticeable difference in handling immediately after installing it.

9MM is a HUGE ******* difference!! God dayum!!


I remember when I added my 13mm Si rear sway on my DX I was like "wtf!". Cant wait to get a front sway.
