Ok, so if you guys remember around the end of February I made a post about my black B16 DB Integra. Anyhow, I got a call last night saying they found my car!!! At first I as like wait, what car haha, then I remembered lol. So I went to go check it out expecting the worst, and to my dismay the car didn't look like it had been touched besides the wheels being gone haha. I began to go over the car to see what was all missing. First, on the inside the only things missing were the deck and the GSR leather fronts. Instead, in place of the deck I had, I found a stock integra deck lol, and for the seats there were some Cadillac seats hahaha. Then I got out after a little laugh and looked to see if my Tein SS-P's were gone, nope, still there haha. Now, the moment of truth, popping the hood. I reached back inside to release the hood latch, went around front and peaked underneath expecting an empty engine bay. First thing I saw was DOHC VTEC hahaha yess, everything still intact haha. I did notice they replaced my cold air with a stock air box though lol. Honestly, the only thing that made me mad was that the car was clean and it looked like they have been driving it around. WTF is that, 2 months of them driving a stolen car with one HID headlight bulb out. Other than that, I'm glad to have her back.

Forsure it wasn't asians...lol...because if it was, your motor would be the first thing to go...lol...but it's good that you got it back...My GSR had a similar incident like this too...it was stolen for only 1 day and night...and the next morning, it was found like 10 miles from where I lived. They messed up the ignition, harness, most of the electical, took my rear speakers, my stock air box, front seats and rear, my fat 5 rims, messed up the key hole but some how they didn't take the engine...I was wondering why not since it is a 1994 GSR motor with only 40K miles and everything was clean. But the adjuster came by and said it was totaled...I didn't want to buy it back because well, I didn't have enough money and I just made my first monthly payment on it with a high 21% apr, first time buyer...So once my insurance the rest to the bank, my credit score went up to 630...(Yes!)...and after 3 years of making payments I'm at 730...lol...

Anyways, good thing you got it back but this time add more security things to it. It may not stop them but it would sure delay them longer for you to get a _ _ _ (please insert word)...lol...

 

Wow man, that's super lucky. Congrats to you. You going to keep the car, or sell it and put the money into your ep3?

^^ That was the funniest part, they put oem parts back in it haha.

Well I bought it back from my insurance for $250 after they gave me $3800 for it haha so I'll prolly sell it for cheap or use it as a daily and build my GSR that I have already on the side haha.

 

I bet you they just swapped the parts into their Integra. Da da da dum criminals.

I wish they would of found my car... but they never did but I did a year later and nothign was changed except the recaros were gone and the takata racing harnesses everything else was there! Of course I couldn't do nothing!!!!!!!

 

why would you do nothing? did they swap the vins or something?

Yeah, I'm glad to have her back. No thieves were caught and the car is in pretty damn good condition. I did notice a small coolant leak coming from the hose that goes into the fire wall but besides that, all pretty good

Lol, I should. I already got some fresh leathers for it but I think I still have the seats on the side of the house haha.
