i want to repaint my integra, its milano red right now.. i want it to stay red so i dont have to paint the engine bay and stuff.

what are the steps i should take to do this. i mean spicifics too.

should i..

clean and degrease, sand (what grit? wet or dry? down to the primer?), clean and degrease again, prime, base coat (how many coats?), clear (how many coats?)

 

You should start by reading the sticky. It should help you out a fair bit. Then ask questions if you are unsure.
