I used a UKDM/EDM Electronic Parts Catalog. I then selected a 98 Civic then Accessories. The only thing listed was a FRONT UNDER SKIRT, no picture, and I assume it is the above lip (the same lip as the Sports Kit in Europe). But PM NOFX to confirm.
