Default Oil inlet fitting for T25 restricted or unrestricted

I have a garrett t25 turbo(off of a 2g dsm). and my question is, do i need to run a restricted oil inlet fitting or I'm I okay ruining a unrestricted fitting? On a couple sites they was saying unrestricted is okay for a non-ball bearing turbo... But if i do need to run a restricted fitting, what size do i need to get?

It's always good to lower the oil pressure... It doesn't need much at all.

Is it a "NEED" - no.
No harm done at full pressure for your turbo.
