What chassis are you using?
b18c block with civic type r pistons and stock head with ctr cams with camgears tuned, chipped ecu. Ive seen many of these setups run high twelves, with slicks in a light hatch chassis of course.

depends on what car it's in(weight wise) and all that's done on the engine building.

power:weight ratio

Either create your own thread dedicated to that problem, or leave and stop thread jacking.

OP, I would think in a stripped CX EG frame with high compression pistons, some good cams, port jobs here and there with an awesome tune, and you could run HIGH 12's.

Do some research and steal ideas from other people's setups. Check the All Motor subforum, search for all motor quarter mile time threads; stuff like that. A lot of it depends on the driver too. I've seen guys run at the local drag strip, where they ran up to 4 seconds slower than what their cars should have been capable of running. And don't just focus on the engine, think about stuff like suspension, tires, and drivetrain. You're really not going to get any spoon fed answers here, even with the horrible search engine.
