Just thought I'd share these pics of my 99' Si. I painted the valve cover on Sunday and thought it came out ok.

Thanks for the comments guys. I'll look into an oem lip when I get er resprayed. And I liked the way the wrinkle paint looked so much I thought the spark plug cover could use some paint too.

where did you get the wrinkle paint at? i can't find it at any stores here

 

I got it at Auto Zone. it's called Krylon wrinkle black. And it doesn't have to be high temp.The regular paint stands up well to the heat from the valve cover. Hope thaat helped. And one can will be more than enough to give the valve cover 2 to 3 coats. Remember to use primer before you spray the paint.

your front bumper looks like it needs to be repainted i can see theres some paint peeling off
