I have a 00 civic si and main relay i think went bad. i have an RZ 0132 laying around and wondering if anyone knows if this one will work.. It is out of an integra. thanks

 

im thinking no? their different part numbers, see how similar they look, if it plugs in try it, you might pop a fuse?

are your plugs firing? are they wet?

 

the car wont even crank, car just clicks when turning key to on

 

thats not your main relay, all that relay does is powers your fuel pump.

check your grounds, make sure the power wires are connected properly to the starter, check your starter fuse (99% sure there is one)

hows your battery? clean your contacts.

 

Although I agree that the problem is not the PGM-FI Main Relay, [main relay] the PGM-FI Main relay does not just "power the fuel pump" it is in fact two relays in one package, one is the power relay for the fuel pump the other is the power relay for the fuel injectors along with a few engine sensors and solenoids.

gt35rSI, Where is the "click" coming from, under the dash, [starter realy if it's a 5 speed] or engine bay, [starter solenoid].

As mentioned, your problem is a low batt. or a connection problem.

Question, does the car horn work properly, will it still work properly if the head lights are on? 94
