I SENT OVER $1,000 TO HIM FOR THE JDM ITR RECARO SEATS HE WAS SELLING A MONTH AGO. WE DISCUSSED PAYMENT, AND I SENT MONEY INSTANTLY, HE LED ME ON FOR WEEKS TELLING ME HE WAS BUSY AND HE WOULD "TAKE OFF WORK" TO SHIP MY SEATS. NEVER HAPPENED. I WAS EVEN OUT IN CALIFORNIA FOR VACATION (IM FROM NY) AND ASKED HIM TO CALL ME TO WORK THINGS OUT, SAID HE WOULD AND NOTHING CAME OF IT. DISPUTE HAS BEEN OPENED AND DECIDED IN MY FAVOR. BUT SINCE HE HAS ALREADY CLEARED THE MONEY FROM HIS ACCOUNT I NOW WENT RIGHT TO THE C.C. COMPANY FOR MY REFUND...

yeah its getting hard to tell the good from the scum now.

 

hope you get your $$$ back...usually the C.C. company will help you on your side seeing the case as it is now. Sucks for him since now he's going to get in trouble with the law, PayPal should keep records of his previous account (if he canceled his account/removed his primary bank account) which will lead to a fine/arrest for fraud hopefully.

 

im actually goin throught the same type of problem with another member on here. hes had my money for a week and says hes been busy with work thats why he hasnt shipped

 

Tip to other, always ask the seller when they can plan a date to ship the item before sending the money. I always either state I ship the same day or the next morning/day since I know I can.

 

man so many scammers these days with teh economic downturn
