K20 rockers on b18c?

Hello.
Is it possible to install K20 rockers on b18c engine? If not what is the difference?

No, the geometry is all different.

Ferrera sells roller rockers for the b-series. I have not seen anyone install the K or F series rockers in a b series though. I would think the rocker shaft dimensions are different. Never know though.
